1971-72 O-Pee-Chee Hockey Cards
My first "for fun" project in Svelte. I'm just getting started, but I'm already a huge fan! This is a Jamstack site running on Netlify.
The app combines the original O-Pee-Chee card design with the current NHL team rosters. It uses two data sources: NHL.com for player roster info, and NHLPA.com for the player photos.
The O-Pee-Chee Company, Ltd was a Canadian confectionery company founded in 1911 that produced candy until the mid-1990s. If you want more information on this card collection, check out this article: "A Most Beautiful, Valuable And Mint Rare Set Of Canadiens Cards".
